Abilities:
Information Exchange – Sigma has the ability to pull the information he wants most from someone else’s mind by touching them. The flip side to this is that the other person automatically receives what they want to know most that he knows. Sigma is unable to control this, and so is unable to ensure that sensitive information isn’t given to the other person, so it’s something of a risk for him to just use the ability without good reason.
This is not necessarily an equivalent exchange situation, as what one person wants to know most might not be as valuable as what the other person wants to know. Especially if they aren’t expecting him to use his ability or know that he has the ability in the first place and are unprepared for it. If lucky they'll get something stupid like if they wondered what his favourite food was, if he's unlucky it could involve more serious/sensitive information he'd rather keep to himself either because it's his secret or someone elses.
His ability also works on the dead, as long as they only died recently. Obviously, the other person being dead means he doesn’t have to worry about that person using information gained against him or someone else.
There is another drawback to his ability that could hit him or the other person. Sometimes, if the amount of information received is too large and heavy to have dropped in someone’s head all at once, the brain needs to shut down in order to process it. This causes the person to pass out for an undetermined amount of time.
(Note: I have an opt in/opt out for his ability on his permissions post, and I will never have him use this ability on another player’s character without discussing it beforehand)
Memorization – This is not a special ability, but Sigma is talented at memorizing information in short periods of time if he deems them important enough. During the eight days that he worked at the casino, he had committed about 20,000 patron profiles to memory to better serve them.
Personal Inventory: Clothes on his back & a gun with probably only a few bullets left - other/up to 5 things: He probably doesn't have much personally important to have appear in his house here to start. So maybe a deck of cards, and a spare of his fancy coat that he appears to have more than one of.
Housing Choice: Pick from one of these four options: As his last and only home was a large casino in the sky, I think the Large House option? If that seems unrealistic considering its just him and he technically he lost his prior home, I would also say one of the smaller houses in Olympia would be good? I'm flexible.
Profession:
I would be happy with a randomly assigned job for him!
Qualification-wise, Sigma worked briefly as the manager of the Sky Casino that was given to him as payment for his work with the DOA.
He has excellent organizational skills and a dedicated work ethic, often devoting even his time off to ensuring that he can keep things running smoothly.
He is seen to be clear and level-headed when directing staff and is very good at ensuring customers are kept happy, able to mask his own anxiety and panic until he’s alone.
Sigma is also excellent at memorizing information when he commits to it. He only ran the casino for about 8 days, but had memorized the profiles of about 20,000 patrons because he wanted to prove he was a capable manager and to keep his guests happy.
Occasionally, Sigma would work on the floor level as a dealer if he spotted situations with patrons. He's a very skilled card dealer and can fix a hand without the other people playing noticing as we’ve seen him fix a hand in the player’s favour to ensure they won and could pay for their daughter’s surgery.
